Terms

Last updated 25 August 2026. By using stfu.pw you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use this

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Your account and your link

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is used to abuse other people.

What you may not send

Anonymity is not cover. You may not use this service to send anything that:

  • Threatens, harasses, stalks or bullies any person.
  • Sexualises a minor in any way.
  • Incites violence or promotes self harm.
  • Is unlawful where you are, or where the recipient is.
  • Is spam, scam or bulk commercial content.

We rate limit senders, and inbox owners can block a sender permanently. Where we are legally required to respond to a valid request from law enforcement, we will comply to the extent the law obliges us to, using whatever data we actually hold. We do not hold sender names, email addresses or raw IP addresses. We can confirm or rule out a specific IP address supplied to us, and that is the limit of what we are able to provide.

Reporting

If you receive something that breaks these rules, block the sender, and email abuse@stfu.pw if it needs our attention. Contact your local emergency services first if you are in immediate danger.

The service itself

The service is provided as is, with no warranty. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, retained, or available forever, and you should not rely on it as a system of record. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for the free service is nothing.

Ending it

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
